• Developing a schedule with you to assure compliance with all case timelines

• Quickly isolating and organizing from the discovery or other materials the facts relevant to the issues alleged and defenses raised

• Discussing with you and your team a preliminary assessment of your client’s case, including its strengths, weaknesses and possible opportunities

• Helping enhance your understanding of the transactional/corporate issues involved and the standard of care related thereto

• Offering suggestions for additional lines of inquiry, developing questions for depositions of key witnesses and generally acting as a resource to you during the process

• Preparing a concise and readable mediation report, information report or expert opinion, as required
